Seminar of Professor Naresh Magan on mycotoxigenic fungi

In the context of the FungalPrognosis project, a seminar will be presented by Prof. Naresh Magan from Cranfield University entitled «Food security, climate change and mycotoxins: do we know enough?».
The seminar will take place on the 21st of March 2014 at the Conference Room of the Library of the Agricultural University of Athens, at 13.00.
Professor Magan has been carrying out research in applied aspects of mycology for more than 25 years. He heads an internationally recognised centre of excellence in specialised areas of the application of fungal technology in the food, environment and health sectors.

The project "Design and development of innovative tools for the detection of ochratoxigenic fungi in wine and table grapes - FungalPrognosis_242" has been co-financed by the European Union (European Social Fund – ESF) and Greek national funds through the Operational Program "Education and Lifelong Learning" of the National Strategic Reference Framework (NSRF) - Research Funding Program: ARISTEIA-I.
